20 Yard Dumpster Rental in Omaha

Our 20 yard roll-off dumpsters are 18.75′ long X 8′ wide X 5’1″ tall making them a popular size for residential and construction projects.

Customers do not need to be present for delivery (or pickup) as long as the area where the dumpster is going to be placed is clear and there aren’t any locked gates our drivers need to enter. Our driver will still call on their way to let you know an ETA!

Our rental periods are flexible. We frequently rent dumpsters to contractors working on months-long projects that require multiple swaps per day. We also rent to homeowners working on DIY projects over the weekend. Simply tell us about your needs, and we’ll create a plan to accommodate them.

G&T has NO hidden fees! However, please note that extended rental times, extra trip fees, disposing of hazardous materials, or damage to the container may result in additional charges.

Costs are billed per dumpster load hauled to the landfill, plus applicable disposal fees. Customers will receive a copy of the original landfill receipt and be invoiced accordingly. Local sales tax applies. A 3.5% service fee is added for credit card payments.

• Base Rental: $225

• Disposal Fee: $55 per ton

Payment & Billing Details

• A credit card is required on file to begin all dumpster rentals.

• Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

All pricing, fees, and terms are clearly outlined in our service agreement, which is attached to every invoice provided with your rental. We encourage all customers to review the agreement for full transparency.

While our dumpsters are ideal for general waste, construction debris, and demolition materials, certain items are not permitted due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Prohibited Items Include:

Hazardous & Regulated Materials
Paint, paint thinners, stains, varnishes, sealers, or solvents (liquid or wet); oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, antifreeze, and other automotive fluids; pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, pool chemicals; cleaning chemicals, acids, caustics, or corrosive materials; asbestos or asbestos-containing materials; medical waste, sharps, biohazard materials, pharmaceuticals; explosives, ammunition, fireworks, or flammable materials.

Appliances & Refrigerants
Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and any appliance containing Freon or other refrigerants.

Tires & Automotive Items
Tires of any size, engines, transmissions, and major automotive parts.

Liquids & Sludge
Liquids of any type; wet concrete, cement, grout, or mortar; sludge, grease, or industrial waste.

Other Prohibited Materials
Radioactive materials; hazardous waste as defined by local, state, or federal regulations; and any materials requiring special handling or disposal permits.
